Hayden is a career executive search researcher with 20 years of experience working with Global Fortune 500 companies through to emerging private equity companies. She has provided research and business development support for over 1000+ executive level projects. Her industry knowledge spans a broad cross section of industries including industrial/manufacturing, consumer products, venture capital/private equity, technology, healthcare and life sciences. In addition, Hayden’s functional expertise includes engineering, R&D, HR, finance, legal, logistics/supply chain, operations, marketing, and sales, C Suite and Board members.
Hayden ran NA research at Odgers Berndtson US in NY. Recruited to lead the US research capability, Hayden led Odgers Berndtson's business development, candidate identification, sourcing, market intelligence, contract research, research requests and allocated resources across the global platform.
Prior to Odgers Berndtson Hayden was Senior Research Associate for Life Science & Healthcare Services at Futurestep Search NA, a Korn Ferry International company, providing research and business development in medical device, diagnostics, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and healthcare service industries.
Hayden’s executive search experience includes 12 years as Research Manager for Korn Ferry International, supporting the firm’s top billing partners and practices in the US by providing support in candidate identification, business development and research projects. Recruited to Conley & CO by the CEO, Hayden was the lead researcher in healthcare and pharma/biotech practice before starting her own research services and consulting firm, Eolas Research LLC, providing research to global executive search firms, boutique executive search firms, and independent search professionals.
With an MA degree in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from New York University and a BA in History from Colby, Hayden was in market research, technology and education.
